Nozzle adapters, strainers and fittings
Nozzle adapters, slip-lock connectors and fittings join misting nozzles and tubing in high-pressure mist and fog lines, available as straight, tee, elbow and push-fit types in brass and stainless steel.

Overview
High-pressure misting and fog lines are built from tubing, nozzle holders and connectors. Slip-lock connectors join lengths of tubing and fit nozzles into the line without threading, which simplifies installation and later changes to the layout. Straight connectors extend a line, tee connectors create branches or nozzle points, and elbows turn corners; push-fit versions allow quick assembly. Connectors are made in brass and stainless steel. The right fitting depends on tubing size and the pressure class of the system.
Selecting fittings
Match the fitting to the tubing outside diameter, the system operating pressure and the nozzle thread. Consider the environment for material choice, whether nozzle points need anti-drip valves, and how often the line may need to be re-routed or extended.

Frequently asked questions
What do I need to tell you when ordering misting fittings?
Give the tubing outside diameter, system operating pressure, the nozzle thread if nozzles fit directly into the connector, the quantities of each type (straight, tee, elbow) and the preferred material. If you are extending an existing system, a sample or photograph of the current fitting helps confirm compatibility.
Should I use brass or stainless steel fittings?
Brass is widely used for misting lines in many environments. Stainless steel may be preferred where water quality, outdoor exposure or a corrosive atmosphere is a concern, or to match stainless nozzles. The choice also depends on budget and appearance requirements.
