Instrumentation valve manifolds
Instrument valve manifolds in 2-valve, 3-valve and 5-valve configurations for isolating, equalising, venting and calibrating pressure and differential pressure transmitters and gauges without shutting down the process.

Overview
An instrument manifold combines several needle-type valves in one block that mounts directly to a transmitter or gauge. A 2-valve manifold provides block and bleed for a single pressure instrument. A 3-valve manifold has two block valves and an equaliser for a differential pressure transmitter. A 5-valve manifold adds a second equaliser and a bleed valve with two vent connections.
The 3-valve and 5-valve models have 1/2 in female NPT connections at 54 mm (2 1/8 in) centres. PTFE packing is standard, with graphite packing for higher temperatures. Bodies are listed in stainless steel, mild steel, duplex and nickel-copper alloy, and block-and-bleed gauge manifolds are offered from 1/4 in to 1 in.
Selecting a manifold
Choose the configuration for the instrument type, then confirm the process and instrument connection pattern, mounting (direct or remote), body material, packing and pressure-temperature conditions. Matching the centre distance to the transmitter flange simplifies installation and avoids adapters between the manifold and the instrument.

Frequently asked questions
How do I choose between 2, 3 and 5-valve manifolds?
A 2-valve manifold suits single-point pressure instruments, giving isolation and bleed. A 3-valve manifold is the basic choice for differential pressure transmitters. A 5-valve manifold adds an extra equaliser and a bleed with vent connections, which helps when transmitters are calibrated in place or the media must be vented under control.
What information is needed for a manifold quote?
Give configuration, process and instrument connections, centre distance, mounting style, body material, packing, design pressure and temperature, media and quantity. A transmitter model or datasheet helps confirm the mounting pattern. You can request material certificates and test records. Note any special packing needs as well.
