Dust control & spray

Dust-control system maintenance

Dust-control system maintenance keeps spray, mist, dry fog and automated dust suppression systems working through planned inspections, nozzle and filter care, control checks, repairs and annual maintenance contracts.

ServiceSpray and dust-control engineering

Overview

Dust suppression equipment works in harsh conditions, and nozzles, filters, pumps and sensors need regular attention to keep spraying where and when intended. Planned maintenance typically covers cleaning or replacing nozzles, cleaning filter elements, checking pump pressures and seals, inspecting pipes and hoses for leaks or damage, testing solenoid valves and sensors, and confirming control panel settings. For automated systems, maintenance also covers monitoring equipment such as weather and air-quality sensors, communications and data logging. Work can be carried out as one-off service visits or under an annual maintenance contract with scheduled visits and spare parts support.

Planning maintenance

Visit frequency depends on running hours, water quality, dust load and climate. Share system drawings, equipment lists and any recurring faults so a suitable schedule and spares list can be prepared. Keeping a log of faults, nozzle changes and filter cleaning between visits helps refine the schedule over time and shows which parts wear fastest.

Frequently asked questions

What information helps set up a maintenance contract?

Share the system layout, a list of pumps, nozzles, filters, valves and control equipment, running hours, water source and quality, any recurring problems, and the response you expect for breakdowns. This allows a visit schedule and recommended spares list to be prepared.

Can you maintain a system you did not install?

We can review existing dust suppression systems and discuss maintenance after an inspection. Drawings, equipment details and the history of faults help us understand the system and confirm which parts and services we can support. Where parts are proprietary to another supplier, we will tell you what we can source.

Ready to specify dust-control system maintenance?

Send the details you have — quantities, sizes, drawings or a part number. Unknowns are fine.
