Food and beverage
Food and beverage plants depend on treated process water, effective cleaning and stable working conditions. We support with water treatment, spray and cleaning nozzles, stainless-steel fabrication, instrumentation and material transport.
Process challenges
Common challenges on site
- Consistent process and boiler-feed water quality
- Effective cleaning of tanks and vessels
- Effluent treatment and odour
- Flow and pressure measurement on process lines
- Heat in processing and packing halls
- Internal movement of ingredients and goods
Process needs
Water quality affects products, boilers and cleaning, so many plants run filtration, softening or RO, and treat effluent before discharge. Tanks and vessels are cleaned with spray devices, flows and pressures need measuring, and stainless-steel fabrications support process changes.
Processing halls can become hot, and effluent areas can produce odours. Internal transport of ingredients and finished goods is another area where automation may help.
Hygiene and materials
Food-contact and hygienic-design requirements vary by product and market. Tell us which parts will contact product and what material, finish and documentation you require; we will confirm what can be offered rather than assume suitability.
Typical use cases
- RO plants and water softeners
- Effluent treatment plants
- Tank cleaning nozzles and rotary heads
- Stainless-steel component fabrication
- Electromagnetic flow meters and pressure transmitters
- Indoor mist cooling and odour control misting
- Mobile-robot material transport

Frequently asked questions
Can EKA Synergy share references from food and beverage sites?
Verified project references are shared on request, where the customer has agreed to it. Tell us about your plant and the problem you are working on, and we will tell you what relevant experience and documentation we can make available before you commit to anything.
Do you need a water analysis before quoting a softener or RO plant?
Yes. Hardness, dissolved solids, iron, chlorine and other parameters decide the pre-treatment and the plant design. Send a recent analysis with the required flow and the intended use of the water. If you do not have an analysis, a water-quality assessment can be arranged first.
Bring what you know. We’ll help structure the rest.
Share a part number, a drawing or simply the problem. Unknowns are fine — an engineer will review your enquiry.
