Quality and engineering credentials

Quality starts with a clear specification and ends with the documents you need. Here is what you can ask us for when you place an enquiry or order.

Documents you can ask us for

Ask us for material test certificates, dimensional or general-arrangement drawings, datasheets and test or inspection records for the items you are buying. For instruments, ask for calibration certificates. For fabricated items, ask for weld and dimensional inspection records and material traceability. List the documents your specification requires in the enquiry, and we will confirm what can be provided for each item before you order.

Inspection

Ask us about witness or third-party inspection where your project requires it. Agree inspection points, acceptance criteria and documentation at enquiry or order stage so that they are built into the plan rather than added at dispatch.

Engineering review

Engineered systems are designed from confirmed site and process information. Where data is missing, assumptions are stated. Safety-critical decisions, such as pressure ratings, hazardous-area equipment and robot safety, are reviewed by qualified engineers.

Bring what you know. We’ll help structure the rest.

Share a part number, a drawing or simply the problem. Unknowns are fine — an engineer will review your enquiry.
